									MotorWest Performance Inc. specializes in fuel injection cleaning and calibration, offering a select range of premium new and refurbished fuel injectors.

Our facility is equipped with five European-made flow benches (not Chinese) and multiple ultrasonic tanks to ensure fast and high-quality service. We service MPI (Standard Fuel Injectors) and GDI (Direct Injection) units. 

**At this time, we do not service carburetors, TBI (throttle body), piezo, diesel, mechanical, or spider injectors.**

								
					
		
					
		
				
						
					
			
						
					## Our Fuel Injector Cleaning Process

				
				
									With over a decade of experience in the fuel injector industry, we’ve perfected our cleaning process to deliver top-quality service at an affordable price. While the process may vary slightly for specific injectors, here’s our standard procedure:

- 
**Electrical Inspection**
Conduct preliminary testing to evaluate the injector’s condition.

- 
**Disassembly and External Cleaning**
Disassemble the injectors and thoroughly clean the exterior.

- 
**Ultrasonic Cleaning**
Perform internal cleaning using multiple ultrasonic baths.

- 
**Back-Flush**
Remove any remaining internal debris through a back-flush process.

- 
**Flow Testing**
Test injector flow rates and gather performance data. Repeat cleaning if necessary.

- 
**Lubrication**
Lubricate the injectors to extend shelf life once they meet OEM specifications.

- 
**Reassembly**
Reassemble the injectors with new quality components, including seals, O-rings, caps, and filters.

- 
**Packaging**
Carefully package the injectors for safe return to the customer.
