Returns

To ensure your satisfaction, we allow our customers to return new and unused Products, subject to the limitations and procedures set forth below:

30-Day Return Period

You may return items purchased from MotorWestPerformance.com for any reason up to 30 days from the original invoice date, provided that the Product has not been installed, is in the same condition as sent, and is returned intact in the original packaging. In order to be eligible for return Products must be received at our facility within 30 days of the original order date. Returns received after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund. Products sold as part of a kit are eligible for return as a complete kit only, partial kits or individual kit components are not eligible for return. No refunds will be given on Products that have been, in our determination, installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled. This determination will be made solely at the discretion of MotorWest Performance, Inc.

All Products returned for refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price. Once an order has been prepared for shipping and a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment the order can no longer be canceled and the restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee does not apply to unused product exchanges or unused products returned for store credit. Original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from MotorWest Performance, Inc. To obtain an RMA number, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to info@motorwestperformance.com and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

No Product Return will be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain an RMA number.

Shipping costs to return Products to us are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in unused and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund less the restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

Warranty

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SEND THE UNUSED PRODUCTS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING BACK TO US IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR RETURN POLICY.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in manufacture and/or materials in injector products (collectively, the “Product” or “Products”) purchased directly from MotorWest Performance, Inc., a California corporation.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by contaminated fuel, improper installation, or any other outside influence. Also, disassembling or tampering with the Products voids this warranty.

What is the Period of Coverage?

All refurbished and remanufactured Products carry a three (3) year limited warranty from the original invoice date. Some carry longer warranties, which are specified on the product page. If no mention of warranty is found in product page, the standard three (3) year warranty applies.

All new Products carry a three (3) year limited warranty from the original invoice date. Unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

If during the warranty period any Product fails to function as designed (not as a result of outside damage, improper installation, or misapplication) as determined by our testing, MotorWestPerformance.com, at its option, will repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning component or the Product at no charge.

What Will We Not Do?

No refunds or returns are given on Products sent to us under a warranty claim. We do not offer refunds or returns on Products that have been installed. MotorWestPerformance.com assumes no liability for the improper installation, improper Product selection, or misapplication of the Products. You are responsible for having your installer install the Products correctly. If in doubt, you should contact the manufacturer directly before installing the Products. Under no circumstances shall MotorWestPerformance.com be liable for any expenses you may incur related to the Products. This includes, but is not limited to, labor or installation charges, down time, towing, travel, lodging or other expenses incurred in diagnosis of any claimed defect (such as third party testing), removal or reinstallation of the Product, or any other contingent expenses you may incur.

How Do You Get Service?

All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by MotorWestPerformance.com. To be eligible for warranty service you first MUST email us at info@MotorWestPerformance.com.

Are Your Damages Limited?

Under no circumstances shall MotorWestPerformance.com, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permissible by law, MotorWest Performance’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
