Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MotorWest Performance. You may return new and unused products, subject to the following conditions:
30-Day Return Period
You can return items within 30 days of the original invoice date if they are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Products must arrive at our facility within 30 days of the order date to be eligible for return. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. Products sold as part of a kit must be returned as a complete kit; partial returns are not accepted. Refunds will not be given for products that, in our sole discretion, have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10-15% of the original purchase price will be applied to all returns for a refund. Once an order has been prepared for shipping and assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled, and the restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges or returns for store credit. Original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund.
Return Process
To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to info@motorwestperformance.com with the following details: original invoice number, part number, serial number (if applicable), quantity, reason for return, and any other relevant information.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the products to confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund, less the restocking fee and original shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.
Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, please return the unused products in their original packaging, following our return policy.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty covers defects in manufacturing and/or materials in injector products (“Products”) purchased directly from MotorWest Performance, Inc., a California corporation.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by contaminated fuel, improper installation, or other external factors. Disassembling or tampering with the Products will void this warranty.
Warranty Period
- Refurbished and Remanufactured Products: Three (3) years from the original invoice date, unless a longer warranty is specified on the product page.
- New Products: Three (3) years from the original invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
If a Product fails to function as designed within the warranty period (not due to external damage, improper installation, or misapplication), MotorWest Performance will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or Product at no charge.
What Will We Not Do?
- No refunds or returns are provided for Products sent under a warranty claim.
- No refunds or returns are offered for installed Products.
- MotorWest Performance is not liable for improper installation, incorrect product selection, or misapplication. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct installation by a qualified installer.
- MotorWest Performance is not liable for any expenses related to the Products, including labor, installation charges, downtime, towing, travel, lodging, or diagnostic costs.

Limitation of Liability
MotorWest Performance, including its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, contractors, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the installation or use of the Products. This includes, but is not limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MotorWest Performance’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours after payment is received in full. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
- International Shipping: Delivery times will vary based on the destination.
